Callie is Calendly's AI Assistant. It helps you find meeting, contact, and recap information quickly. Instead of searching manually, you can ask Callie questions about your Calendly data.
Think of Callie as a smart search tool that understands natural language. You can ask it anything about your meetings and contacts.
Before you begin
- Callie works best when you use Calendly's Notetaker during meetings
How to chat with Callie
- In Calendly, select Ask Callie.
- Type your question in natural language. You don't need to follow a specific format.
- Select Send or press Enter.
- Callie will search your Calendly data and respond with the information you requested.
Warning
At this time, Callie does not save your chat history. You can return to your most recent chat as long as you stay in the same browser tab. If you open Calendly in a new tab, browser, or device, the chat won’t be there.
Example questions you can ask:
- What were the action items from my meeting with John?
- Summarize my last three meetings with Hilary.
- When's my next meeting with Morgan?
- How many times have I met with the Acme Corp team?
- Help me prepare for my meetings today.
Best practices
- Ask focused questions that include people's names, dates, or outcomes.
- Use clear, specific language. Callie understands natural questions better than commands.
- Prepare for important meetings by asking Callie to review past conversations and action items.
- Use Calendly's Notetaker regularly. This helps Callie give you better insights.
Tip
Save time when creating templates. Tell Callie what kind of template you would like to draft, then adjust it to fit your needs.
